#Back2School Bash is this Sat, Aug 8!

VOLUNTEERS and UNIFORMS NEEDED!

Back2School BashSaturday, August 8th will be our 8th annual Back to School Bash! We will help supply the children of Central School, Kid’s Hope, and S.E.L.C. with clothing meeting the dress code standards of Bedford City Schools.

We are accepting donations of uniforms and school supplies . (Collared shirts in solid colors are white, tan, brown, yellow, green, blue, black, pink, purple and gray. Approved pants/skirt colors are tan, navy, brown and black). Please bring in clothing by Wednesday, August 5 so that we have time to organize.

Mercy Ships Awareness, Coming June 10

Mercy Ships LogCome learn about Mercy Ships and support our local crewmember, Kaitlyn Isabella Vilt.

Kaitlyn will soon board the Africa Mercy Ship for a 10 month mission trip where she will be serving on a state-of-the-art mobile hospital ship that does free surgeries for impoverished, hopeless people. They fix cleft lip & palate, severely deformed legs, remove life-threatening tumors, and countless others. . Besides providing this medical care, they bring hope where there is none! Kaitlyn needs to raise $10,000 in ministry support.

Come anytime Wednesday, June 10 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm for a spaghetti dinner  in the church’s gym to learn more and enjoy a wonderful time of fellowship without around the supper table.

There is no cost to meal but a donations will be accepted  for her trip at this time.  You can also contribute  online(MercyShips or Gofundme) or by mail. For more information, contact Kaitlyn at 440-667-0415.
